The Company successfully acquired a distinctive piece of land in Al-Mirqab area with an area of 2,014 square meters and a construction rate of 800%, aiming to develop it as an administrative office tower consisting of two basements, a ground floor, 4 floors of car parks and 35 typical floors with a total built up area of 43,337 square meters. The project is currently under construction as is expected to be completed by mid-2026.
