The project consists of two residential buildings consisting of 571 apartments, in addition to a commercial complex, containing restaurants and shops. One of the towers has been allocated for sale with all the units being sold to date, while the units the second tower have been leased to individual tenants with high occupancy, and the project generates a stable regular income.
