On the agenda are:

• Accepting the resignation of Messrs. Alshaya United Company W.L.L. and the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.
  Mr. Mohammed Abdul Hamid Al Marzouq is a member of the company’s Board of Directors.
• Electing two board members to complete the remainder of the current board member term where the following were elected:
