The Company invested in the purchase and development of two land plots with a total area of 50,000 square feet in the Jebel Ali area. The aim was to develop a labor housing project with a total built-up area of 201,190 square feet, consisting of 345 rooms. The project’s development was finalized in 2019, and the project is currently fully leased to two tenants and generate stable regular income.
