The company’s board of directors met on Monday, April 6, 2020 at 1:00 pm and recommended the following: 1. Cancellation of the previous recommendation on March 4, 2020 distributing 5 fils per share. 2. Recommendation not to distribute cash dividends for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2019 to maintain the company's cash and financial position.

The Board of Directors of the Company met on Tue 3 Mar 2020 at 1:00 pm and approved the audited financial statements of the Company for the financial year ended 31 December 2019 and recommended the following: 1. Recommend cash dividend of 5% of the nominal value of the share, 5 fils per share.
