Results of the First Quarter Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of the Company met on Tuesday, April 26, 2022, and the interim condensed consolidated financial information as at March 31, 2022 was approved unaudited. Injazzat Real Estate Development Company achieved profits in the first quarter of 2022 amounting to 406,161 Kuwaiti dinars, with earnings per share of 1.20, compared to profits of 103,290 Kuwaiti dinars with earnings per share of 0.31 fils achieved by the company in the first quarter of the financial year 2021.
