In association with strategic and local investors, the Company acquired Al Sanbouk Real Estate Company which owned 2 plots of lands in Jabel Ali – Dubai, covering a total area of 41,980 sq.ft. The plots are to be developed into a labor accommodation project with a total built-up area of 158,765 sqf providing a total rooms of 380. The project is already completed and fully leased.
